About Krista Watterworth
As lead designer on HGTV’s Save My Bath, now in its fourth season, Krista Watterworth quickly gained celebrity for branding her unique aesthetic on residential projects.
Krista and her designs have been featured in an ever growing list of publications including the New York Times, Newsday, Daily News, Designer Dream Homes, Philadelphia Home & Garden, CNN Money, La Crosse Tribune Home & Garden, Metro New York, Philadelphia Life, the Pulitzer-prize winning Riverdale Press, Star Ledger, and US News & World Report.
Over the past few years, Krista has appeared in countless television programming. On HGTV, she was featured in You Should Live Here, Save My Bath, Kitchens and Baths 2007, Ultimate Bathrooms, 25 Biggest Decorating Mistakes, and a new show to air in 2008 called Splurge & Save. Also, Krista’s kitchen designs have been featured on Spice Up My Kitchen. She’s been a regular guest on the Philadelphia based show Your Morning, as well as WMMR’s Preston & Steve.
With a master’s degree in fine art from New School University, her own foundation is an artistic one. However, Krista sees herself as the Rachael Ray of interior design. She realized early on that she had a passion for it, and her talents are self taught. This is why Krista’s design philosophy is so personal. She believes each person has their own sense of unique style, and the interpretation of that is a designer’s obligation.
